Most importantly, it takes in abandoned people with handicaps. The range falls from infants with cleft palettes and other disabilities to youth with disabilities to the elderly. It is a small but very efficient fund which provided two $30K centrifuges last year to the hospital in addition to a laptop computer and lots of medical supplies and healthcare supplies.
